SOLVENT PRINTING
Solvent printing is printing with paints based on organic solvents, thanks to which the prints are resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation. Machines that we have give us the ability to print with hard solvent at the maximum width of printing in one piece of 3.2 meters and high quality thanks to the latest generation of Spectra heads with a drop of 15 pico liters.
ECO SOLVENT PRINTING
Printing is commonly called hard solvent in comparison with eco solvent printing is more durable on external factors, but is characterized by a greater drop of color overlap, and thus less accurate printing.
SUBLIMATION PRINT
Sublimation printing – a printing technique using the phenomenon of sublimation. Printing is performed with special inks on transfer paper, and then in high pressure and temperature conditions it is transferred to an object covered with polyester varnish. In this way, prints are made on special porcelain cups, aluminium sheets and polyester fabrics. Each type of printing requires a proper setting of pressure, temperature and time.
LAMINATOR
Laminating – covering the surface with laminate for additional resistance, e.g. moisture resistance, mechanical resistance or for decorative effects. The process of laminating printing prints cannot change the colour of the print, it can change the saturation of the print. It increases the saturation of the print film with the gloss and decreases the saturation of the matt film. Changes in this saturation of the laminated print can be corrected by changing the profile of the printing process.
CUTTING / PLOTING
Plotter – a computer peripheral device used for working with large flat surfaces, which can be used for painting, cutting out patterns, engraving, etc.
WELDING
Our machine park also includes a Sinclair wedge sealer. It gives the possibility to make the highest quality weld that is unachievable for traditional welding machines.
